We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

1.Customer can request a return within 30 days of receipt of the item, the item need to be consistent with what we issued, new and unused, and provide proof of purchase, in order to obtain a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange.

2.If the product received by the user is damaged, unusable or sent to the wrong product, it is necessary to provide proof of the product image.

3.After we receive the returned package, we will notify the customer by email and process the refund within 48 hours, and the money paid by the customer will be returned to the account in the same way.

How to make a return?

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you contact us within 24 hours and the goods are not shipped before replying to the mail, you can cancel the order. You should submit a help ticket from the e-mail:

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (it does not include returns); No matter No-restocking or restocking, it needs to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

All return/exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. The return shipping cost for the returned packages is non-refundable.
